Job summary

ENGENIOUS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities in Johor Bahru, coordinating with subcontractors, workers, project engineers, and consultants. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and method statements while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in a related field and 2–5 years of supervision experience on construction projects, with strong leadership and communication

• 2–5 years of site supervision experience on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE requirements).
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities (daily reports, site diaries, etc.).
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients when required.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
