Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Sales Executive/Senior Executive to drive sales for Klang Valley, covering KL & Selangor. The role requires a Diploma or Degree with 2–3 years in B2B sales and Mandarin proficiency.

You will build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers, presenting tailored solutions. Based in Petaling Jaya with own transport, you’ll manage sales processes, lead generation, and after-sales support while achieving targets and staying

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; 2–3 years in B2B sales required.
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to speak, present and write clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Comfortable giving product presentations and engaging with people at all levels.
• Team player, motivated, responsible, creative, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sales Process Management: use the Sales Funnel to track the customer journey and review progress.
• Business Development: build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors to find opportunities.
• Lead Management: follow up with potential customers to convert into sales and improve service.
• Customer Service & After-sales: finalize delivery schedules and address site issues promptly.

Sales Process Management

Who We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in any field, with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. Fresh grads with strong potential are also welcome!
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
