Job summary

Feruni Ceramiche in Kota Kinabalu seeks a Retail Sales Executive/Senior Executive to connect design concepts with customer needs and guide showroom experiences. You will present visuals, track opportunities, and drive sales across home owners, architects, and designers.

You will join a team that values design, customer service, and results, with training provided and a 5-day work week. Based in Kota Kinabalu, you’ll contribute to compelling tile brands and enduring client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a related field such as Architecture, IT, Design or Mass Comm.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship/co-curricular activities count.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing with proven results.
• Familiar with CRM or other digital sales tools.
• Good with numbers and able to calculate lead time.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Interested in interior design and design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Connect design concepts to customer needs and show showroom visuals.
• Walk through the design process with examples of benchmarking, immersion, ideation.
• Present visuals through showroom displays to create impact.
• Identify new business opportunities with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Follow up on prospective customers to create sales opportunities.
• Drive service quality and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor variance with corrective actions.
• Provide personalized in-store experience and improve merchandising displays.
• Handle sales orders and CRM data-driven analyses.
