Job summary

Nippon Paint Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with architects, QS, contractors, developers and painting contractors. You will liaise on product specifications, advise on surface preparation, prepare customised proposals, and deliver compelling presentations to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing from recognised universities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in building materials, QS or related industries.
• Excellent presentation skills and organising skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business opportunities and market leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors (QS), contractors, developers and painting contractors.
• Analyse market insights to develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Liaise with specifiers (architect, QS and developers) on product specifications (paint, dry mix and sealer, adhesive & fillers) and provide advisory on surface preparation guidelines.
• Prepare detailed and customised sales proposals and deliver impactful presentations to key and potential accounts.
