Job summary

RZB Lighting Asia & Pacific Sdn Bhd, based in Puchong, seeks a dynamic sales professional with 2+ years in consultancy and lighting projects. You will develop strategies, liaise with planners and consultants, and coordinate with back-office for end-to-end project delivery.

Fluency in English and strong communication are essential. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens or hold valid residence status, and own transport is required.

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sales and project experience focusing on consultancy and solutions.

RZB – Rudolf Zimmermann, Bamberg GmbH is a top German lighting manufacturer with over 80 years of innovation in high-performance lighting systems. Our Asia Pacific regional headquarters is based in Puchong, Selangor, supporting projects across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing sales and communication strategies in conjunction with specific sales channel.
• Working closely with Lighting Planners, ID Designers, Architect Consultant, M/E consultant, and Specifiers.
• Following up on project and coordinate with back-office support in terms of supply chain, logistics, marketing, lighting scheme design and after sales.
• Sales Leads, Proposal writing, Estimating, Deal Closing and Warranty, where required.
• Reporting of sales activities, market and customer feedback.

What You Need:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or work experience in similar position.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales and project experience with a focus on consultancy, solutions business and relationship-based selling. (Prefer in lighting, interior and exterior, landscape, façade and architectural product)
• Identify and generate new opportunities, maintain relationships, and build the RZB brand.
• Candidates with lighting experience in the respective field will be given preference.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills is essential.
• Ability to work on deadlines and coping with a multi-cultural environment comes natural to you.
• A result-orientated, self-motivated, and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects and project locations simultaneously.
• Possess own transport.
