Job summary

Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Sales Executive to join our team in Malaysia. You will manage government projects, cultivate client contracts, and drive annual orders with strategic account management.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining knowledge of our product portfolio, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and targets achievement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Sales or tenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a list of client contracts for consistent annual orders.
• Follow up on leads provided by the BD Representative.
• Support government projects and stay informed on product portfolio and industry trends.
• Secure sales deals and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

We are currently seeking an Project Sales Executive to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a list of Client Contracts to create consistent and sustained annual orders

Follow-up on assigned leads provided by the BD Representative

Prioritize managing and supporting government projects

Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, services, market developments, and industry trends to support effective selling

Secure sales deals and ensure high customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management, effective prospecting, and skilled negotiation

Requirements

Education: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or any related technical field

Experience: 2 or more years of experience in Project Sales / Tenders is preferred

Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Self-motivated and results-driven
