Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Executive in Malaysia to support sourcing, supplier management, and ERP initiatives.

The role focuses on maintaining supplier data, analyzing costs, and contributing to inventory planning and optimization. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in a related field, familiarity with ERP environments, and a strong analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset to drive improvements across logistics,

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Familiarity with ERP system environments.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with new suppliers.
• Help maintain supplier database, procurement records, and contract documentation.
• Monitor and track supplier's performance based on purchase costs, shipment costs, quality and delivery lead time.
• Support and analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to optimize inventory planning and replenishment.
• Support continuous improvement activities for Logistics and Warehouse departments, as a whole and in terms of safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Actively assist and support ERP system implementation.
• Actively assist and support company ESG implementation and goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with new suppliers

Help maintain supplier database, procurement records, and contract documentation

Monitor and track supplier's performance based on purchase costs, shipment costs, quality and delivery lead time

Support and analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to optimize inventory planning and replenishment

Support continuous improvement activities for Logistics and Warehouse departments, as a whole and in terms of safety, quality, cost and delivery

Actively assist and support ERP system implementation

Actively assist and support company ESG implementation and goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS
