Job summary

CapBay seeks a proactive Sales Admin to serve as the dedicated PIC for the Pharmaniaga project. You will bridge CapBay’s RMs, SME clients, and Pharmaniaga teams, handling admin workflows so RMs focus on strategy and client acquisition.

You will manage client communications, secure missing documents, and provide end-to-end support for the Pharmaniaga portfolio, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, loan/financing processing, customer success or administrative support; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel for tracking and pipeline management; CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary PIC for all project queries from Pharmaniaga Sales/Operations teams.
• Reach out to clients to secure missing documents and ensure submissions are complete and in order.
• Provide dedicated, end-to-end customer service specifically for the Pharmaniaga portfolio.
