Job summary

Principle One Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales Administration professional to support Sales Managers and Presales across Asia with data collection, analysis, and bidding preparation.

You will assist project managers with tracking, CRM uploads, quotations, contracts, procurement coordination, after-sales service, and supplier negotiations. Strong communication and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ purchasing or sales experience in audio/video industry
• Familiar with office software; experience with supply chain systems
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce CRM system experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and Presales in data analysis and screening
• Assist project manager with statistical tracking and CRM uploads
• Gather market, customer, and project information; assist bidding team
• Assist in quotations and contract signing; manage and archive documents
• Track contract execution, delivery, and payments; support CRM
• Coordinate after-sales service; assist purchasing with supplier contacts
• Formulate procurement plans; track purchase orders and delivery dates
• Respond to market changes and handle tasks from superiors
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Understand and deploy company culture and standards
