Job summary

PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive professional to oversee Sales, Inventory & Demand Planning, Supplier Coordination, and reporting.

The role emphasizes forecasting, stock management, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure timely product launches and performance insights. The candidate will also optimize category pricing, coordinate disease-awareness initiatives, and support claims processing with strong analytical and Excel skills, suitable for fresh graduates

Qualifications

• Diploma in pharmacy or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical company, retail, or hospital will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about healthcare and retail merchandising.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product performance daily/weekly.
• Lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning to meet agreed sales, profitability, and inventory turnover targets.
• Manage supplier relationships for sourcing, pricing negotiation, purchase orders, delivery timelines, and stock availability.
• Prepare accurate sales, inventory, and category performance reports on a defined schedule to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to list new products within agreed timelines, ensuring complete listing information.
• Conduct periodic reviews of product/category listings and pricing to improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute Disease Awareness programs and prepare post-program performance reports.
