Job summary

Scholpp Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Project Admin to support sales and project operations. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams while assisting with quotations, documentation, and administrative activities.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in a related field and at least 2 years in sales or project administration. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential; Malaysian business environment experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in sales administration or project administration.
• Experience in engineering, industrial, technical, or project-related businesses is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and project requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing costing, quotations, purchase documents, and sales-related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project-related administrative tasks and follow up on progress.
• Support the sales and project teams with daily administrative duties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
