Job summary

ProMICOM Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to support marketing operations and administration for a multinational pharmaceutical company. The role is based in Bangsar South with standard hours, offering a 1-year contract and a monthly salary in the RM range.

The position emphasizes hands-on coordination, documentation handling, and cross-functional liaising to ensure timely approvals and successful marketing campaigns, including new product launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on, proactive, and dependable with ownership.
• English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with marketing support, events, or project coordination helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of AI tools is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and ownership.
• Prepare, track, and submit required documentation through Client systems in a timely and compliant manner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to navigate approval processes, material submissions, and project timelines on track.
• Support marketing content creation, including creating and adapting marketing materials, securing approvals, liaising distribution, and content management.
• Support external marketing events, including vendor management, pre-meeting coordination, event operations, and post-activity documentation.
• Assist with internal meeting coordination, including project administration, record keeping, follow-up actions, vendor coordination, and email documentation.
• Contribute to marketing operational readiness for new product launch.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
