Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Sales Admin Manager to oversee sales administration operations and support the successful launch and sales of our property development projects. You will lead the Sales Administration team and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

You will manage APDL applications, oversee project setups in IFCA, monitor sales performance, handle purchaser inquiries, and prepare regular updates for management review.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property development Sales Administration.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage APDL applications and renewals and ensure timely regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate sales administration requirements for new project launches.
• Oversee new project setup in IFCA, including unit details, pricing and system updates.
• Work closely with other departments on project and launch requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, loan status, sales documentation and other operational matters.
• Coordinate with property agencies on product information, sales updates and comissions matters.
• Oversee daily sales gallery operations and ensure smooth sales activities.
• Handle purchaser enquiries and sales-related issues.
• Prepare sales and project updates for management review.
• Lead the Sales Administration team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
