The ideal candidate will be an expert in Primavera P6, driving critical path analysis and supporting contractual extension of time (EOT) claims to keep our large-scale power plant project on track.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Schedule Management:** Prepare, update, and maintain the overall project master schedule, milestone schedule, and detailed sub-schedules across all organizational levels.* **Progress Tracking & Analysis:** Track construction progress, collect field data, and analyze deviations across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning disciplines.* **P6 Analytics:** Utilize Primavera P6 for deep critical path analysis, schedule comparisons, resource loading, and advanced progress trend tracking.* **Milestone Monitoring:** Meticulously track key project milestones, equipment delivery logistics, engineering drawing submissions, and site construction handovers.* **Claims Support:** Assist in the professional preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, detailed delay analysis, and supporting contractual documentation.* **Reporting & Presentation:** Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports for the Employer, create progress presentation materials, and rigorously follow up on action items from stakeholder meetings.**Requirements & Qualifications:*** **Software Competence:** Proficient in Primavera P6, with a proven ability to independently build schedules, manage WBS structures, assign activity relationships, set baselines, and handle resource loading. High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.* **Industry Experience:** Experience in project planning and scheduling specifically for gas turbine power plants, combined-cycle power plants, or large-scale EPC infrastructure projects across the full EPC cycle.* **Analytical Skills:** Strong practical capabilities in delay analysis, extension of time assessment, and providing schedule support for commercial claims using P6.* **Languages:** Good command of spoken and written English for daily technical communication and reporting.
