SEPCO3 seeks a highly analytical Project Planning Engineer to develop, update, and manage EPC schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The role emphasizes Primavera P6 mastery, critical path analysis, and support for EOT claims to keep a major power plant project on track.

Based in the coastal area south of Kuala Perlis, Perlis, the role requires strong MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficiency and communications in English; basic Chinese is preferred for

Qualifications

• Experience in large EPC projects with full EPC cycle exposure.
• Strong analytical and structured planning capabilities for complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, update, and maintain the project master schedule including sub-schedules across all levels.
• Track construction progress, collect field data, and analyze deviations across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Perform deep critical path analysis and resource loading using Primavera P6.
• Monitor milestones, equipment deliveries, and handovers; support EOT claims and delay analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and stakeholder presentations.
