Job summary

• Monitor project progress and update schedules to ensure activities are completed on plan.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to track project activities and requirements.
• Identify potential delays, schedule conflicts, and project issues, and follow up on necessary actions.
• Prepare project progress reports, schedules, and other planning-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, milestones, resources, and documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring overall project activities to ensure timely completion.

This is a full-time position based on-site, offering a strategic opportunity to oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules across our portfolio of engineering projects. As a Project Planner, you will be instrumental in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role is essential to our operational success and directly impacts the delivery of quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
