Support the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project plans, design information, work schedules, and reporting requirements.
Collect, verify, update, and maintain project data for accurate progress tracking and reporting.
Assist in preparing and maintaining schedules for labour, materials, machinery, costs, and other project resources.
Monitor project activities and help track progress against agreed schedules, milestones, and requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders as required.
Assist with identifying project issues, delays, resource constraints, and potential risks, and escalate them to the relevant project lead.
Support the preparation of regular project updates, progress reports, and schedule revisions.
Maintain clear and accurate project records, documentation, and data updates.
Contribute to effective teamwork and continuous improvement in project planning and coordination processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good technical knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles.
Strong communication, teamwork, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical information and maintain accurate project records.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a project or site-based environment.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing changing priorities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar project documentation tools is an advantage.
Build hands‑on experience in construction project planning, coordination, and reporting.
Develop practical knowledge of project schedules, resources, costs, and site activities.
Work alongside experienced engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Establish a strong foundation for a long‑term career in civil engineering and project delivery.
