Sena Letrik is seeking a Construction Planner to drive project success from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, critical paths, and look‑ahead plans while collaborating with architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors.
Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely delivery. Identify delays and budget risks; monitor progress against schedule and budget, and prepare regular reports for management.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Solid understanding of construction detailing, specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly meticulous, able to work under pressure, and proactive in addressing challenges.
Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
Work directly with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to major construction projects - excellent exposure for long-term career progression.
