Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, and project timelines.
• Monitor progress against the approved schedule.
• Identify schedule delays and recommend recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week, 4-week, or monthly).
• Track project milestones and critical path activities.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, EVA, and dashboard updates.
• Attend project meetings and provide schedule updates.
• Assist in resource planning (manpower, equipment, and materials).
• Evaluate the impact of design changes and variation orders on project schedules.
• Ensure planning activities comply with contract requirements and company procedures.
• Support claims preparation related to delays and extensions of time (EOT).
• Maintain accurate project documentation and planning records.
