Helmsion Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Planner to join our engineering team in Senai, Johor. This full-time, on-site role focuses on overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules across our engineering projects.

You will assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, identify delays, and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to ensure activities are completed according to plan.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to track project activities and requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports, schedules, and other planning-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, milestones, resources, and documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring overall project activities to ensure timely completion.
