Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support PMs in executing complex customer projects. You will review documentation and create FF project profiles, tracking progress through the engineering lifecycle and coordinating part numbers and system requirements.

The role involves collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to ensure timely delivery. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
• Submit, monitor, and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers, configurations, and system requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalates where required.
• Prepare and provide regular project status updates and reports.
