Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project and Order Fulfillment Coordinator to guide project teams from kickoff, interpret client requirements, and schedule materials. You will build timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage end-to-end order fulfillment, liaise with procurement and logistics, maintain documentation, and report status to management while addressing risks and client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years in project coordination or related fields.
• PMP certification is an advantage; supply chain certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff based on client requirements and build timelines.
• Create and update Gantt charts and status reports.
• Monitor schedules and resolve delays.
• Conduct regular project meetings.
• Prepare feasibility reports and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment and liaise with procurement.
• Ensure documentation complies with policy and client requirements.
• Travel to vendor sites may be required.
