Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years as a project manager in marine works and 15 years in construction.
• Proven track record on port, jetty, dredging, reclamation or offshore projects.
• Familiar with international standards (FIDIC, ISO, HSE).
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/marine/dredging projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage client relations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure performance, morale, and accountability.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee marine and civil engineering projects, including dredging, port construction, breakwaters, reclamation, and coastal structures. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership, and a track record of delivering high-value projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of civil/marine/dredging projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage client relations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure performance, morale, and accountability.
