Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment client seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior design projects, reporting directly to the Director. You will develop project goals, schedules and budgets while coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, distributing minutes, maintaining plans, managing risks and handling design briefs and authority submissions. Travel to project sites is required and the role offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, architecture or consultancy.
• Good understanding of the design and construction process.
• Experience issuing construction and as-built drawings.
• Exposure to local authority submissions is an advantage.
