Job summary

Mg Plus Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate design and build teams across sectors, manage contracts and documentation, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation and process improvements to deliver outstanding results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction, interior design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in design and build or interior construction projects.
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and experience handling various project elements simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with a vision for big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools relevant to the design and construction industry.
