Job summary

V ID CONTRACT SDN BHD is seeking an on-site Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor in Subang Jaya. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior works.

You will lead site activities, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Applicants must be able to read design drawings, communicate effectively in English and Malay, and be willing to travel to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out or renovation site management.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to outstation sites.
• Preferably CIDB Green Card holder.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other dialects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor on-site interior design works from start to completion.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and smooth communication.
• Plan daily site activities and ensure progress according to the project schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and installation schedules.
• Manage and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare site progress reports and assist the Project Manager in tracking timelines and costs.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, designers, and all project stakeholders.

Job description

Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out or renovation site management.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Able to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications.

Good coordination skills with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and design/drawing software (AutoCAD, SketchUp is an advantage).

Knowledge of project scheduling and site safety practices.

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

MUST WILLING to travel and work at outstation sites.

Possess own transportation.

Preferably with CIDB Green Card holder.

Able to communicate in English, B. Melayu or any dialect languages.
