Job summary

Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of data centre construction projects across the region. Acting as the client's representative, you will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, driving project execution, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role offers exposure to regional projects with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the client's representative and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead the delivery of data centre construction projects from planning through completion.

Chair project meetings and coordinate activities between clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and project performance to ensure successful delivery.

Review project progress and proactively resolve construction, commercial and execution-related issues.

Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards and quality expectations.

Prepare project reports, presentations and updates for clients and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.

Proven experience managing data centre projects within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or client-side environment.

Strong project management capability covering scope, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholder management.

Experience leading project meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple parties effectively.

Willingness to travel across the region for project requirements.
