Annexion Partners Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its regional PM team in Johor, Malaysia. You will lead the delivery of a greenfield data centre project, ensuring it meets client objectives, timelines and budget, while coordinating with design, construction and commissioning teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management for data centres, strong planning and budgeting skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management with data centre delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction, commissioning, and data centre processes.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a delivery focus.
• Certifications such as PMP or CDCP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the greenfield data centre project, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Develop and execute project management plans including resource allocation, risk management and quality control.
• Coordinate with design, construction and commissioning teams for seamless delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, including the client, contractors, and vendors, and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor progress and report on delays or cost overruns; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with data centre industry standards and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data centre projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors
