Job summary

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress against baseline; manage project budgets, variation orders, and progress claims.
• Coordinate across MEP, civil, structural, and other disciplines; review design and construction deliverables; resolve technical issues during execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures; ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and data center industry requirements.
• Manage and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Prepare regular project reports, including progress, cost, risk, and resource status; present to senior management and clients.

About you

Minimum 8–10 years project management experience in construction, with 3–5 years in data center projects

Strong knowledge of data center construction, MEP systems, and industry standards (Tier III/IV, Uptime Institute, GB50174, TIA-942)

PMP or equivalent certification required

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD

Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is mandatory

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
