Job summary

TIMESFLY INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD invites a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction and data center projects in KL/JB. You will plan, monitor, and deliver projects on schedule, budget, and scope, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil/related fields and at least five years of PM experience in construction. Data center experience is a plus; strong leadership and bilingual English/Chinese abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction projects.
• Candidates with Data Center project experience will be highly preferred.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Requirements / 任职要求

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
土木工程、建筑管理、机械工程、电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction projects.
具备至少5年以上建筑工程项目管理经验。

Candidates with Data Center project experience will be highly preferred.
具有数据中心项目经验者优先考虑。

Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects will also be considered.
具备商业建筑、工业厂房、基础设施或大型建筑项目经验者亦可考虑。

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
