Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance leader to oversee operation and maintenance of data centre critical facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

You will develop annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans, manage a professional team, and coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA/KPI compliance and safe, reliable operation of complex MEP networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in data centres, critical facilities, or large-scale MEP facilities.
• Experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.
• Experience in managing vendors and outsourced maintenance contractors.
• Experience with Tier III or Tier IV Data Centre projects is preferred.
• Experience with project handover, equipment takeover, and system commissioning is an advantage.
• Experience with international standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall operation and maintenance management of data centre critical facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans (annual, quarterly, monthly).
• Manage day-to-day maintenance team activities.
• Oversee PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance.
• Lead fault analysis, emergency response, and restoration.
• Organize equipment overhauls and energy optimization.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and outsourcing partners.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and maintain SOP/MOP/EOP.
• Budget, spares, and cost control.
• Safety inspections and drills.
• Assist client/project manager with tasks.

负责数据中心机电设施（电气、暖通空调、给排水、消防等）的整体运行维护管理。
Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance management of the data centre's critical facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing & drainage, and fire protection systems.

制定并组织实施年度、季度及月度维护计划，确保设备安全、稳定、高效运行。
Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all facilities.

负责维护团队的日常管理，包括工作安排、绩效考核、培训及技术指导。
Manage the maintenance team, including work assignment, performance evaluation, training, and technical guidance.

监督预防性维护（PM）、预测性维护（PdM）及纠正性维护工作的实施。
Oversee preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance activities.

负责重大设备故障分析、应急响应及维修恢复工作。
Lead equipment fault analysis, emergency response, and restoration activities for critical equipment failures.

组织设备检修、技术改造及节能优化，提高设备可靠性及运行效率。
Organize equipment overhauls, technical upgrades, and energy optimization initiatives to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

负责供应商、承包商及维保单位的管理与协调。
Manage and coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance service providers.

监督维护质量，确保符合 SLA、KPI 及运维管理要求。
Monitor maintenance quality to ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, and operational requirements.

建立并持续完善 SOP、MOP、EOP 及运维管理制度。
Develop and continuously improve SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and maintenance management procedures.

负责维护预算、备品备件管理及维修成本控制。
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance cost control.

组织开展设备风险评估、安全检查及应急演练。
Organize equipment risk assessments, safety inspections, and emergency drills.

完成业主或项目经理交办的其他工作。
Perform other duties assigned by the Client or Project Manager.

Job Requirements 任职要求

学历要求 Education

本科及以上学历，机电工程、电气工程、暖通空调、建筑环境与能源应用工程或相关专业。
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

经验要求 Experience

具有5年以上数据中心、关键基础设施或大型机电设施运维管理经验。
Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in data centres, critical facilities, or large-scale MEP facilities.

具备维护团队管理经验。
Experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.

具备大型机电设备维护及故障处理经验。
Hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting large-scale MEP systems.

具备供应商及外包维保单位管理经验。
Experience in managing vendors and outsourced maintenance contractors.

具备项目交付、设备接管及系统验收经验者优先。
Experience in project handover, equipment takeover, and system commissioning is an advantage.

具备 Tier III 或 Tier IV 数据中心项目经验者优先。
Experience with Tier III or Tier IV Data Centre projects is preferred.
