Job summary

SPA INTEGRATED SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and interior design initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, while managing costs, VO, and contractual matters to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Interior Design projects.
• Experience in construction project planning, cost control, quality management, and site coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction and interior design works to ensure timely completion within the approved budget and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, manpower, material resources, and overall site operations.
• Ensure all construction and ID works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project costs, progress claims, variation orders (VO), and other contractual matters.
• Monitor quality control, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Prepare project progress reports and ensure timely project completion, defect rectification, and handover to the client.

About you

Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering (Others), or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Interior Design (ID) works in a similar nature of work as a Project Manager.

Proven experience in managing construction projects, project planning, cost control, quality management, and site coordination.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines within the approved budget.

Good knowledge of construction methods, project specifications, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
