Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and budgeting.

Job description

Monitor and support the progress of project planning and execution, ensuring timelines are met in accordance with Management’s direction.

Lead and guide project team members in liaising with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution, minimizing delays and avoiding extensions of time.

Communicate with local authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for building inspections and project development.

Assist in managing project budgets, cost control, and preparation of reports for management decision-making.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

Strong understanding of construction methods, design processes, and local regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with project budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Offic, AutoCAD)
