SPA INTEGRATED SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and interior design (ID) works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers while managing costs and contractual matters. The candidate should have a relevant degree, at least 5 years of experience (3 in ID works), and proven ability to manage multiple activities, maintain schedules,

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, incl. 3 years in Interior Design works.
• Experience in cost control, planning, and site coordination.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction and interior design works to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and site operations.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Manage costs, progress claims, variation orders, and other contractual matters.
• Monitor quality, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely project completion and handover.
