Job summary

MIRACLE LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a Project Manager to plan and organize projects in accordance with the Master Schedule, bearing responsibility for development and cost implications across sites. You will review drawings, liaise with authorities and subcontractors, manage subcontractor performance, and oversee the end-to-end development planning from initiation to completion.

• Experience liaising with relevant authorities, government bodies, sub-contractors, suppliers and related departments.
• Ability to evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims and Variation Order (VO) claims.
• Experience chairing project meetings and technical interface meetings.
• Guidance and supervision of senior executives/executives and general clerk.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize in accordance to the Master Schedule
• Review preliminary, conceptual, construction, submission and revised drawings for all projects based on construction methods, cost efficiency and engineering design justification
• Review structural drawings and prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultant for inspection
• Liaise with relevant authorities, government bodies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and related departments
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors' work progress and carry out quality inspection for work done by subcontractors at the site
• Represent the developer on the issuance of various drawings to the main contractor, QS, procurement, Management Corporation, consultants, and relevant authorities
• Arrange and conduct sub-contractor meetings and attend technical interface meetings with consultants and relevant parties
• Manage overall development planning, coordination and control of projects from initiation through completion
• Assist the project team to evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, Variation Order (VO) claims, concurrent delays and prepare recommendation reports
• Monitor, control and continuously improve quality, environmental and safety and health performance at the project site

This role involves planning and organizing projects in accordance with the Master Schedule, with overall responsibility for development and cost implications of all projects under your charge, with focus on sites and technical construction methods.

Key responsibilities

Review preliminary, conceptual, construction, submission and revised drawings for all projects based on construction methods, cost efficiency and engineering design justification

Review structural drawings and prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultant for inspection

Liaise with relevant authorities, government bodies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and related departments

Supervise and monitor sub-contractors' work progress and carry out quality inspection for work done by subcontractors at the site
