CGS Venture Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a Project Manager for infrastructure construction in Malaysia. The role focuses on planning, coordinating resources, and leading project execution to meet scope, time, and budget constraints.

You will monitor expenditures, manage risks, and maintain strong client and subcontractor communications to ensure project success and compliance with safety standards.

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives and timelines.
• Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labour, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, such as developing contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitating communication among clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets specified standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all project participants.
• Addressing issues and resolving conflicts that arise during the course of the project, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, variation orders, and other relevant records.
