Job summary

BINARY CONSTRUCTION & TRADING SDN BHD in Melaka is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles from initiation to completion. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements include 4+ years in project/construction management, 5 years AutoCAD, and a Bachelor's degree (preferred). CIDB or related certifications are preferred.

• 5+ years experience with AutoCAD.
• CIDB or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Ensure safety, quality control and adherence to standards.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
