KCJ Engineering is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs, define scope and deliverables in line with client requirements, and oversee site activities.
You will monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget, manage cost control, contracts, quality assurance, HSE, and stakeholder communications, and lead teams with clear reporting and thorough documentation.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with client requirements.
Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversee day-to-day site operations for building and infrastructure works.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow.
Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures.
Review and manage contracts, variations, and claims.
Ensure all works comply with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Enforce compliance with local authority regulations and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits.
Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Promote a safe working environment at all project sites.
Address and mitigate project risks and hazards.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain proper project documentation (reports, drawings, approvals).
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical submissions.
Ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
Lead and supervise project teams including engineers and site staff.
Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Foster teamwork and productivity.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years experience in construction/project management.
Experience in building and infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract management.
Familiar with local authority requirements and regulations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
