Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a Data Center Build Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction initiatives in Malaysia. You will manage schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in data center projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Data Center or Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project dependencies.
• Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools.
• Experience in data center build, commissioning, and handover activities highly preferred.
