Job summary

OCK GROUP OF COMPANIES in Malaysia is seeking an HR/Recruitment professional to manage the recruitment process, liaise between clients and the recruitment team and ensure hiring requirements are met. Responsibilities include posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interview arrangement, and maintaining records.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/BA/psychology, 1–3 years HR experience, strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage

Able to travel for business trip on adhoc basis
