Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking an engineer to deliver OSS/IES/OWS projects. You will assess remote delivery, manage technical risks, and design system networking, install and commission software/hardware for global deployments.

The role requires 3+ years in OSS/ICT, strong teamwork and communication, and willingness to travel for global projects and on-site integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in CS/Telecom/Electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of OSS/ICT experience; familiarity with telecommunication work systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of OSS/IES/OWS projects.
• Support and evaluate accessibility of remote delivery and identify/manage technical risks during implementation of the global project.
• Design the OSS/IES/OWS system networking, install and commission software/hardware, and ensure service rollout.
• Integrate and deliver network devices, NMSs, and third-party systems, and resolve major technical issues during project delivery.
• Communicate with customers or internal personnel about technical solutions, project plans, and progress to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job description

Responsible for delivery of OSS/IES/OWS projects, including:

Support and evaluate the accessibility of remote delivery and identify/manage technical risks during implementation of the global project; -

Design the OSS/IES/OWS system networking, install and commission of software/hardware, and ensure service rollout. -

Able to integrate and deliver network devices, NMSs, and third-party systems, and be responsible for tackling and resolving major technical issues during project delivery.

Effectively communicate with customers or internal personnel about technical solutions, project plans, and progresses, to ensure customer satisfaction so that are no valid complaints from internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.

With at least 3 years of working experience in OSS or ICT field, such as familiarity of telecommunication work system is an added advantage.

Excellent team spirits with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills in dealing with multiple vendors and contractors.

Detail oriented and technical oriented, passionate in resolving challenging technical issues.

Willingness to travel frequently for global projects and onsite integrations.
