Job summary

KPT PACKAGING SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam seeks a project coordinator to monitor and drive Project SAVE and Special Projects related to recycling and waste management.

You will coordinate operations, collect data, prepare monthly reports, liaise with Nestle, Tetra Pak, local councils, and stakeholders, and support budget payments and process improvements. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, onsite coordination, and ongoing optimization of logistics and systems to deliver

Responsibilities

• Monitor Project SAVE operations (Kerbside, Strata, First Mile) including data collection and administration.
• Coordinate recycling and in-project events for Nestle, Tetra Pak, and local councils.
• Prepare monthly reports for Project SAVE and Special Projects.
• Follow up payments with finance for strata, schools and cabins.
• Assist in planning and strategy analysis for Nestle Project SAVE and Special Projects.
• Plan and support development and operation of related workflows and apps.
• Monitor logistics for route optimization and cost competitiveness.
• Coordinate on-site visits, audits and stakeholder communications.

Job description

Monitor the operation of Project SAVE (Kerbside, Strata, First Mile, Tzu Chi, etc), in the context of daily collection, communication, liaison, CEPA, data collection and administration.

Manage Projects (eg: Nestle, Tetra-Pak, local councils) & Special Projects's (eg: other clients, schools, etc) recycling and waste management programs and events, including CEPA related (booth/presentation/ activities /meeting /etc).

Prepare monthly various reports for the related project under Project SAVE (Kerbside, Strata, First Mile, etc) and Special Projects

Prepare and payment follow up from finance for the all projects (strata / schools / cabin /etc).

Involves in the overall planning and strategy analysis for Nestle Project SAVE & Special Projects, including development, liaison, operation, technical support and administration, together with the Project Team and Consultant.

Plans, coordinates and supports the development, operation and continuos improvement of related operational flow /system /App for all projects (such as 3R Famili, etc).

Monitor closely with logisitc in route optimization, logistic operational overview monitoring & improvement to achieve cost competitiveness.

Proactively/ taking part in identify opportunities for improvement by conducting research, feasibility studies, and solution development to enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Communications

Conducts presentation (company /project) to possible stakeholders, clients, municipalities and visitors during site visit or at the factory.

Coordinate and provide on-site support for customer visits, audits, inspections, and project implementation at the factory.

Leads, initiates and executes communitiy engagement activities with Residents Association (RA, residents, local councils, etc) for Project SAVE and Special Projects (Tetra Pak, etc).

Supervise project coordinators and field operations related to assigned projects.

Support the Consultant in the provison of related monthly data (collection, composition, participation, etc) and photos /videos of collection activities for all projects (Project SAVE, etc).
