Job summary

Skywiz Group seeks a Junior Project Executive to lead pre-sales support and oversee project execution from requirements to handover. You will coordinate between architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth delivery.

You will act as the main contact for customers, manage schedules, monitor progress, and ensure resources align with timelines while maintaining proactive communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's or Professional degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in related field, preferably property development.
• Proven ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including requirement meetings and discussions.
• Attend project/site meetings to understand project requirements and accept responsibility for internal related matters such as negotiating delivery time.
• Prepare project task and delivery schedules/planners in compliance with customer project timelines.
• Monitor and document project progress to meet expected deadlines.
• Ensure internal resources are channelled to meet project timeline implementation.
• Act as the main contact person for the customer for project-related matters.
• Engage third-party contractors for site work such as cabling and mounting as necessary.
• Provide consultation to customers on project-related matters.
• Carry out post-project monitoring by staying in touch with the customer.

You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating between internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including requirement meetings and discussions
• Attend project and site meetings to understand project requirements and accept responsibility for internal related matters such as negotiating delivery time
• Prepare project task and delivery schedules/planners in compliance with customer project timelines
• Monitor and document project progress to meet expected deadlines
• Ensure internal resources are channelled to meet project timeline implementation
• Act as the main contact person (single point of contact) to the customer for project-related matters

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably executive specialized in Property Development or equivalent
• Able to coordinate between Architect, Consultants, contractors, and local authorities for smooth project execution
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active, able to work independently and positive thinking
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Well versed in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software
• Required Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
