Job summary

KA MULTI WORKS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Project Executive to coordinate renovation, construction, electrical, LED display and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will plan schedules, monitor site progress, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure works meet drawings, specs and deadlines while managing costs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in renovation, construction, interior fit-out or M&E is an advantage.
• Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules and site progress.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, and deadlines.
• Prepare quotations, project documents, and progress reports.
• Monitor costs, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate prompt solutions.
• Attend site and project meetings and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate handover, defect rectification, and project completion.
• Communicate with clients and consultants on requirements.
