Job summary

The Goodnite in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support/Marketing Assistant to support the Sales Team with quotations, tender documents, and customer inquiries. You will prepare marketing materials and reports and assist the General Manager with analyses.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, fluency in English/Mandarin/Malay, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with AI tools and social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with using AI tools to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
