Job summary

The Goodnite is seeking a diligent Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Team with quotations, tender documents, and customer inquiries. You will prepare marketing materials and reports, while coordinating with the Sales General Manager to deliver timely analyses.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and AI-enhanced reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with using AI tools to generate reports.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team with quotations, proforma invoices, and other relevant documentation.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Attend to customer enquiries via email and phone, and ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly.
• Prepare and follow up on marketing materials and sales tools for the Sales Team.
• Assist the Sales General Manager in preparing relevant reports and analysis.
