Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute projects within allocated timeline, budget, and quality
• Monitor progress billing schedule and issue billing to consultants for endorsement
• Update, file and organize all drawings and correspondences in the system
• Liaise with authorities and consultants for submissions and approvals within timeframe
• Assist in project implementation to ensure timely, compliant delivery
• Coordinate with consultants on design and planning requirements
• Review construction drawings and specifications against approved plans
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure project compliance and attend meetings/site inspections

The position is based in our Penang Office in Malaysia.

Job Overview

Oversee and execute various projects to be completed within allotted timeline, budget and quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track the progress billing schedule and issue billing to respective consultant for endorsement

Update, file and organize all incoming drawings and correspondences to the system

Monitor and liaise with relevant authorities and consultants for all submissions and approvals within timeframe

To assist in implementation and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects within set timeline as well as in accordance with approved specification and quality deliverables

Liaise and coordinate with consultants on project's design and planning requirements

To check construction drawings and specifications against approved plans

Implement and execute according to guideline and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all the projects are compliance

To attend meeting and site inspection when required

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Preferably 1 year and above related working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsible, pleasant and independent personality

Able to work as a team, self-disciplined and self-driven
