• Oversee and execute projects within allocated timeline, budget, and quality
• Monitor progress billing schedule and issue billing to consultants for endorsement
• Update, file and organize all drawings and correspondences in the system
• Liaise with authorities and consultants for submissions and approvals within timeframe
• Assist in project implementation to ensure timely, compliant delivery
• Coordinate with consultants on design and planning requirements
• Review construction drawings and specifications against approved plans
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure project compliance and attend meetings/site inspections
