Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will support the team in our daily financial operations including executing month-end closing, monitoring cash movements, and maintaining data documentation and filing of records.

Responsibilities

Verify and process invoices, consolidate receivables, and perform regular statement of accounts reconciliations.

Verify and process invoices and payments in the accounting system, ensuring accurate reconciliation against vendor statements.

Prepare and coordinate remittances, including preparing online bank transfers and drafting cheques for management approval.

Monitor daily bank balances and cash flows for accounting tracking, as well as perform month-end closing of accounts.

Maintain methodical filing system for all financial records to support all accounting entries

Provide general support for day-to-day accounting transactions as required by the Finance team.

Requirements & Qualifications

A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Accounting or Finance

A minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are highly encouraged to apply.

Basic proficiency in using accounting software and strong foundational skills in MS Office applications.

Attention to details, is systematic, and able to meet deadlines.
