Job summary

Puritec Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to support and manage engineering projects, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to complex projects with strong career development within a technology-driven organisation. You will attend site meetings, prepare technical documents, and drive on-site delivery while coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, MEP, facility hook-up, or industrial construction projects; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and manage assigned projects on site.
• Liaise with customers on all project matters, including site safety.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, T&C checklists, and other relevant project documents.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for additional scope in existing projects and forward to the Sales team for quotation preparation.
• Provide quality customer service and apply value engineering on site to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget; elevate any deviations to the Project Manager promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Able to relocate to Singapore or overseas when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in semiconductor fabrication (fab) or cleanroom construction projects.
• Familiarity with BIM/Navisworks, Procore, or similar project management platforms.
• Knowledge of process piping, exhaust systems, electrical, and utility systems in industrial facilities.
